Today in PBL we discussed the importance of time management, especially since we are all busy college students. Many people struggle with balancing their study time and leisure time, which unfortunately leads to procrastination. However, people can get around this by waking up earlier so they feel fresh and have more hours in the day. For late risers, a better method would be to imagine how happy they would be if they did well on an exam and use that motivation to avoid too much last minute cramming. Lastly, in terms of sleep, one should be well rested during exam week and to take naps sporadically during late night studying because it helps with information retention.
